Never Eat Out Again Lamb Tikka - HOT BBQ Spice Rub - Grilled/Griddled - Lip-Smacking Street Food Flavours🔥

Spice up your BBQ with our Tandoori Sizzler Lamb Tikka - the perfect balance of succulent meat and bold flavours! Made with our signature HOT BBQ Spice Rub, this dish is easy to make and guaranteed to impress. Transport your taste buds to the streets with every bite and start cooking now!


500g Boneless Lamb Chunks

3 Tbsp: Plain Yoghurt

2 Tbsp: Tandoori Sizzler Hot Spice Rub

1 Tsp: Crushed Garlic

1 Tsp: Crushed Ginger

1 Tbsp: Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp: Veg Oil

Extra Oil To Cook


  1. In a bowl, drop the Garlic, Ginger, Tandoori Spice Blend, Yoghurt, Lemon Juice and Oil

  2. Mix well until you have a constant colour and the marinade is even throughout

  3. Add the pieces of Lamb and mix well

  4. Best results are achieved when you let the meat marinade and allow the meat to get tender. This usually is best overnight.

  5. It you’re in a rush, you can cook straight away. In the video, I didn’t have time so cooked there and then and it tasted amazing!

  6. Once ready, Heat up a Griddle Pan or Frying pan and add a little veg oil to start the meat off.

  7. Lower to a medium heat and drop the lamb tikka into the pan. I skewered the meat to make it easy but it’s not necessary to do so.

  8. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side of until you are happy with the lever of cooking pinkness.

  9. Serve up with sprinkled coriander/cilantro and our Tang ‘n’ Cheek Hot sauce!
