INGREDIENTS:

1 x Cauliflower Head

½ Cup x Plain Flour

½ Cup x Corn Flour

2 x Table Spoons Tandoori Sizzler Hot BBQ Rub

½ Cup x Arla Coconut Milk

2 Cups x Bread Crumbs

Generous Drizzles of The Cheeky Goan, Hot Sauce

METHOD:

  1. Par-boil the cauliflower florets for 3 minutes, or until you can easily skewer them with a little resistance.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, corn flour, tandoori sizzler rub, and coconut milk until you have a smooth batter.

  3. In another bowl, add the breadcrumbs.

  4. Dip each cauliflower floret in the batter, then coat in breadcrumbs.

  5. Heat up vegetable oil in a deep pan or deep-fat fryer. Fry the cauliflower bites for 3-4 minutes, or until golden.

  6. Drain off excess oil and place the cauliflower wings into a large bowl.

  7. Coat the wings with hot sauce.

  8. Sprinkle with chopped coriander/cilantro and serve hot.
